Clays, Kilns and Glazes have been a large part of Anna's life for over 25 years.
 
Her Studio is on a farm in Sunrise Valley, Upper Moutere,  35 kms from Nelson City.
 
Anna produces a range of work including Functional Ware, Raku 'Character' Teapots, as well as 'Glaze-Art" ... creating abstract art with glaze.
 
Combinations of ceramic materials, fired to various temperatures results in intriguing coloured,  textured surfaces...some resembling lichens,  mosses,  ice flows,  and coral reefs,  whilst others look volcanic.
 
Her work is constantly evolving,  with Nature providing endless inspiration,  especially for her more experimental pieces.   She spends hours experimenting, and following up new test results.
 
Anna also creates microcsopic images and photographs them as 'Abstract' Art.
